8月22日，2024届3377体育全球软包管培生项目正式开营。本届青苗班，是由来自3377体育2B软包中国、印尼两国学员共同组成，3377体育B2B软包生产运营负责人、基地总经理、管培生导师和25名管培生共同参与见证。

管培生培养设定导师制，每一位导师为学员定制化轮岗方案。古人言：师者，所以传道授业解惑也。导师是我们前行的明灯，使我们少走很多弯路。在开营仪式的拜师仪式中，导师和学员双方正式确立师徒关系。 导师承诺：把积累下来的珍贵经验，传授给并肩作战的伙伴们！以身作则，树立榜样，帮助徒弟提高个人能力与素养！
徒弟宣誓：以导师为榜样，虚心求教，积极进取，认真学习！尊重导师，用心聆听导师的谆谆教导，修正身，走正路！

从校园到职场，不仅仅是转变角色，更重要的是转变心态和思维方式。因此，HR团队精心设计了助力管培生适应职场的培训，涉及职业角色转变、职业生涯发展、场景沟通等内容。
