3377体育集团第一期KITE项目圆满结营！

2024年8月，3377体育集团首个跨国人才培养项目——KITE项目（Korrun International Talent Exchange）正式开启，来自不同岗位的7名印尼籍管理干部、1名印度籍管理干部通过层层筛选，成为第一批学员，公司也通过专业能力、管理能力、文化价值观、跨文化交流四个维度对KITE项目学员进行定制化培养。
在专业能力维度，通过导师一对一带教培训以及开展学员座谈会、阶段性汇报，来自生管、生产、IE、质量、财务、HR的学员们在接受岗位技能培训的同时，能够针对提升点得到及时反馈和改善，进一步提高了学习效率，也为今后能够胜任业务上的更高需求奠定基础。
在管理能力维度，通过开展基础领导力专项培训，学员们深入学习了领导力的基本概念，并探讨了关于领导风格、团队管理、时间管理等多个议题，加深了对于领导力提升的认知，助力管理能力的提升。
在文化价值观维度，通过企业文化专项培训的开展，学员们深入了解了公司文化和价值观的含义，并分享了各自身边的文化践行故事，书写了文化感想和践行方案。作为外籍员工的中坚力量，学员们在深入了解3377体育文化的同时，也对未来如何在工作中践行文化有了自己的思考和认识。
在跨文化交流维度，学员们聆听中国文化培训加深了对中国文化的认知，同时在工作之余，前往南京、滁州、上海等地外出进行文化体验团建，不仅亲身感受了中国传统文化的底蕴，更在跨文化交流中拓宽了国际视野。
经过三个月的学习和实践，11月6日，第一期KITE项目结营仪式在3377体育滁州制造基地圆满举办，学员们进行了项目成果汇报，分享在华期间的成长与感悟，项目发起人和导师进行点评与互动。导师们一对一给各自学员颁发KITE项目结业证书，为学员送上寄语贺卡。结业证书不仅是对学员们过去三个月努力的肯定，更承载了导师们对学员们未来发展的期待和祝愿。
